Who We Are

Novakey Consulting is an independent consulting business that helps small teams implement artificial intelligence (AI) and automation in their workflows. The Site is an informational and lead-generation website. We do not sell products online and we do not process payments on the Site.

If you have any questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us at [email protected].

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our Free Workflow Audit form (or otherwise contact us through the Site), we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes:

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking” below) and is used to understand how the Site is used and to keep it functioning and secure.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for two main purposes: to keep the Site working properly, and to measure how it is used through Google Analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the Site function. Note that our analytics provider may collect information about your activity on the Site over time through these technologies.

“Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how to respond to these signals. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You can still control tracking through your browser’s cookie settings as described above.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and maintain ordinary business records, or for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or retain it only as required for legal, administrative, or security purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
